Engenheiro Mec\u00e2nico formado pela Escola\nPolit\u00e9cnica da Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo (USP) com mestrado em Gest\u00e3o de\nMarketing pela&nbsp;<em>Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Torino<\/em>, na It\u00e1lia,\nBattaglia desenvolveu sua carreira no setor automotivo no Brasil e no exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o\nanterior, respondia pela Diretoria Comercial da Peugeot Brasil, empresa na qual\nocupou tamb\u00e9m o posto de Diretor de Marketing entre 2011 e 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Battaglia,\natualmente com 43 anos de idade, &nbsp;iniciou sua carreira no ent\u00e3o Fiat\nGroup, que se desdobrou na Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) e na CNH Industrial,\nque produz ve\u00edculos comerciais, m\u00e1quinas agr\u00edcolas e de constru\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ele chegou \u00e0 sede do\ngrupo, em Turim, no ano 2000, trabalhando na produtora de caminh\u00f5es Iveco. Em\n2002, ocupou uma ger\u00eancia na CNH em Londres, transferindo-se para a Alfa Romeo,\ncomo gerente de produto para o mercado italiano.
