{"id":58387,"date":"2025-11-13T18:42:08","date_gmt":"2025-11-13T21:42:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cidademarketing.com.br\/marketing\/?p=58387"},"modified":"2025-11-13T18:43:05","modified_gmt":"2025-11-13T21:43:05","slug":"justica-do-trabalho-proibe-uso-de-cropped-e-legging-por-funcionarias-em-rede-de-postos-de-combustiveis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cidademarketing.com.br\/marketing\/2025\/11\/13\/justica-do-trabalho-proibe-uso-de-cropped-e-legging-por-funcionarias-em-rede-de-postos-de-combustiveis\/","title":{"rendered":"Justi\u00e7a do Trabalho pro\u00edbe uso de cropped e legging por funcion\u00e1rias em postos de combust\u00edveis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Justi\u00e7a do Trabalho de Pernambuco determinou que uma rede de postos de combust\u00edveis forne\u00e7a uniformes adequados \u00e0s suas funcion\u00e1rias, ap\u00f3s den\u00fancias de que as trabalhadoras eram obrigadas a exercer suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es vestindo cropped (blusa curta) e legging (cal\u00e7a justa).<\/p>\n<p>A decis\u00e3o, expedida pela ju\u00edza Ana Isabel Guerra Barbosa Koury, da 10\u00aa Vara do Trabalho do Recife, estabelece que a empresa dever\u00e1 oferecer cal\u00e7as de corte reto e camisas em comprimento padr\u00e3o, sob pena de multa di\u00e1ria de R$ 500 por cada empregada que permanecer com o uniforme considerado inadequado.<\/p>\n<p>A determina\u00e7\u00e3o foi concedida em tutela de urg\u00eancia, ap\u00f3s a\u00e7\u00e3o ajuizada pelo Sindicato dos Empregados em Postos de Servi\u00e7os de Combust\u00edveis e Derivados de Petr\u00f3leo e em Lojas de Conveni\u00eancia e Lava Jato do Estado de Pernambuco (Sinpospetro-PE).<br \/>\nO sindicato denunciou que o uso obrigat\u00f3rio de roupas justas e curtas causava constrangimento, desconforto e ass\u00e9dio, al\u00e9m de descumprir a conven\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva da categoria, que prev\u00ea o fornecimento de uniformes adequados \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>Na decis\u00e3o, a magistrada destacou que o uniforme deve ser compat\u00edvel com a fun\u00e7\u00e3o exercida, garantindo seguran\u00e7a, higiene e dignidade \u00e0s trabalhadoras.<br \/>\nSegundo a ju\u00edza, o fardamento imposto pela empresa exibia e sexualizava o corpo feminino, contribuindo para situa\u00e7\u00f5es de vulnerabilidade e exposi\u00e7\u00e3o a comportamentos inadequados, especialmente em um ambiente com grande circula\u00e7\u00e3o de p\u00fablico masculino.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA an\u00e1lise sob a \u00f3tica do Protocolo para Julgamento com Perspectiva de G\u00eanero do CNJ refor\u00e7a a ilicitude da conduta, que imp\u00f5e um padr\u00e3o est\u00e9tico que sexualiza o corpo feminino e normaliza sua exposi\u00e7\u00e3o em um contexto profissional inadequado\u201d, afirmou a ju\u00edza em sua decis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A magistrada determinou que a empresa adote imediatamente os novos uniformes, ressaltando que a cada dia de descumprimento, as trabalhadoras continuam expostas a constrangimento e vulnerabilidade.
