Engenheiro mec\u00e2nico de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, o novo CEO retorna \u00e0 Companhia ap\u00f3s passagens como diretor, em 2006, na \u00e1rea de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es e, em 2016, de Engenharia e Meio Ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>Com a miss\u00e3o de fortalecer a Infraero, conforme as diretrizes do Governo Federal, Barzellay afirma que a Companhia tem muito a contribuir para o desenvolvimento do setor de avia\u00e7\u00e3o e integra\u00e7\u00e3o nacional. \u201cVamos superar o desafio de desenvolver aeroportos regionais e consolidar a Infraero como elo essencial para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de desenvolvimento do setor\u201d, afirmou o novo presidente.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Spotify Embed: Podcast CidadeMarketing\" style=\"border-radius: 12px\" width=\"100%\" height=\"152\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; fullscreen; picture-in-picture\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/embed\/show\/4khMKzP3FgFRWVwb73xicc?si=252fe5bff2b34909&#038;utm_source=oembed\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>CURR\u00cdCULO<br \/>\nEngenheiro Mec\u00e2nico graduado pela Universidade de Bras\u00edlia (UnB), em 1984, possui vasta experi\u00eancia na \u00e1rea de gest\u00e3o p\u00fablica federal, tendo atuado, por mais de 34 anos, em atividades de dire\u00e7\u00e3o, planejamento, gerenciamento de atividades administrativas, or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias e log\u00edsticas, inclusive na \u00e1rea de finan\u00e7as, al\u00e9m de ampla viv\u00eancia na participa\u00e7\u00e3o de Conselhos de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o, Fiscal e Autoridade Portu\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p>Em 1984 foi admitido, no cargo de Engenheiro I na extinta PORTOBR\u00c1S, tendo atuado no \u00f3rg\u00e3o at\u00e9 1988, em diversas fun\u00e7\u00f5es no Departamento de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es Portu\u00e1rias e no Departamento de Vias Naveg\u00e1veis. Entre os anos de 1988 e 2002, exerceu o cargo de superintendente da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o das Hidrovias do Tocantins e Araguaia (AHITAR), \u00f3rg\u00e3o vinculado a Companhia Docas do Par\u00e1 (CDP), onde tamb\u00e9m atuou entre 2004 e 2005.<\/p>\n<p>Entre 2001 e 2003, foi representante do Minist\u00e9rio dos Transportes no Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o (CONSAD) da CDP, onde tamb\u00e9m atuou, entre 2007 e 2008, como assessor da Presid\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>No DNIT, atuou em diversos cargos entre os anos de 2002 e 2004, entre eles coordenador Geral de Portos Mar\u00edtimos. Retornou ao \u00f3rg\u00e3o nos anos de 2010 e 2011, no departamento aquavi\u00e1rio do \u00f3rg\u00e3o, em Bras\u00edlia.<\/p>\n<p>Exerceu o cargo de coordenador geral substituto no Departamento de Gest\u00e3o de Fundos de Investimentos do Minist\u00e9rio de Integra\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional entre 2008 e 2009. Atuou como Conselheiro Fiscal titular da Companhia Docas de Santana (AP), como representante da Prefeitura Municipal, em 2015, e presidente do Conselho de Autoridade Portu\u00e1ria, do Porto de Macap\u00e1\/Santana AP, entre 2014 e 2016.<\/p>\n<p>No setor aeroportu\u00e1rio, possui duas passagens pela Infraero: entre 2005 e 2007 ocupou os cargos de superintendente de Seguran\u00e7a Aeroportu\u00e1ria; diretor de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es e diretor Comercial.
