Ela assume a posi\u00e7\u00e3o que era ocupada por Hermann Mahnke, que recentemente ocupou o cargo de Marketing Customer Experience Director da empresa nos Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p>A profissional iniciou sua carreira como trainee da Unilever, passando a gerente de marca de Becel, Gourmet, Gallo, Margarina Sabor e Sa\u00fade e Linea. Ap\u00f3s quase 5 anos, passou pela Parmalat e depois foi para a multinacional americana Kraft Foods, onde liderou a categoria de bebidas em p\u00f3 e depois a de chocolates das marcas Lacta. Em seguida, passou pela Whirlpool liderando a estrat\u00e9gia das marcas Brastemp e Consul. A executiva ficou tambem 10 anos na Pepsico, tornando-se CEO da Lucky. Voltou para a Mondel\u0113z International (antiga Kraft Foods) respons\u00e1vel pelo P&amp;L das categorias de Bebidas em p\u00f3 e depois de Gomas &amp; Balas no Brasil (maior mercado da Am\u00e9rica Latina tanto em receita quanto em margem bruta) e foi Diretora Comercial (marketing, vendas, Trade marketing, pricing e administra\u00e7\u00e3o de vendas) na J.Mac\u00eado, cuidando da estrat\u00e9gia das marcas Dona Benta, Petybon, Sol, Boa Sorte e Brandini.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e3e de tr\u00eas filhos, \u00e9 reconhecida por impulsionar o tema da lideran\u00e7a feminina e construir equipes fortes e de alta performance. \u201cAdoro desafios e estou muito feliz com essa oportunidade.
