O di\u00e1logo e o entendimento entre clubes, XP e Alvarez &amp; Marsal resultar\u00e1 em uma transforma\u00e7\u00e3o profunda do futebol nacional\u201d, diz Pedro Mesquita, head do Investment Banking da XP.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto apresentado trouxe as principais diretrizes para a estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o de uma liga no pa\u00eds, incluindo quest\u00f5es de governan\u00e7a e gest\u00e3o, direitos de transmiss\u00e3o, relacionamento com a CBF e outras federa\u00e7\u00f5es, entre outros t\u00f3picos.
