O projeto <strong>F\u00e1brica dos Sonhos<\/strong> \u00e9 uma delas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A iniciativa tem como objetivo promover melhorias nas moradias dos funcion\u00e1rios das f\u00e1bricas da Alpargatas. A ideia surgiu em 2019, liderada por uma funcion\u00e1ria de Ing\u00e1 (PB), posteriormente foi para a planta operacional mineira da empresa e hoje est\u00e1 sendo estendida para mais oito cidades na Para\u00edba e uma em Pernambuco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o do F\u00e1brica dos Sonhos, 49 colaboradores da f\u00e1brica da Alpargatas em Ing\u00e1 inscreveram os seus desejos. O crit\u00e9rio para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do sonho era que o pedido abrangesse reformas, constru\u00e7\u00f5es ou melhorias em seus lares. Para conferir imparcialidade, as inscri\u00e7\u00f5es foram avaliadas por funcion\u00e1rios da planta operacional da empresa em Serra Redonda, que escolheram os desejos que deveriam ser atendidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em dezembro de 2019, o Instituto Alpargatas entregou os dois primeiros sonhos da a\u00e7\u00e3o: a reforma do quarto de uma crian\u00e7a asm\u00e1tica, com reboco, pintura de portas e paredes e instala\u00e7\u00e3o de forro de PVC; e a finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma casa que estava inconclusa com reboco, piso, portas, janelas, banheiro, \u00e1gua e energia instalados. Todo o recurso financeiro para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o das reformas foi arrecadado pelos pr\u00f3prios funcion\u00e1rios, em rifas e bazares beneficentes de produtos de marcas da Alpargatas, doados pela pr\u00f3pria companhia. Mais de 220 pessoas colaboraram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em 2020, novos sonhos foram realizados: a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma casa para uma funcion\u00e1ria e seu marido no terreno pr\u00f3prio do casal; e a decora\u00e7\u00e3o de um quarto com cama, colch\u00e3o e guarda-roupa novos para outra colaboradora.
