A opera\u00e7\u00e3o prev\u00ea,\ndentre outros, contrato de manufatura por encomenda, e de licen\u00e7a e uso de\nmarcas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A transa\u00e7\u00e3o inclui tr\u00eas unidades produtivas localizadas\nestrategicamente em Gaspar (SC), S\u00e3o Paulo (SP) e Suape (PE)<\/strong>.
