Ao mesmo tempo, se trata de uma alternativa de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o financeira para investidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O crescimento desse mercado, ap\u00f3s a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM), tem sido significativo. Atenta a essa quest\u00e3o, a Autarquia elaborou o&nbsp;<strong>Caderno CVM: Crowdfunding de Investimento<\/strong>. O lan\u00e7amento foi realizado nesta sexta-feira (4\/10), durante a 3\u00ba Semana Mundial do Investidor (<em>World Investor Week<\/em>&nbsp;\u2013 WIW 2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O caderno gratuito foi formulado para esclarecer aos investidores as caracter\u00edsticas, o funcionamento, os benef\u00edcios e riscos existentes nessa nova modalidade de investimento, para que seja poss\u00edvel tomar decis\u00f5es de forma mais consciente, conforme os seus objetivos e o seu perfil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com regras estabelecidas pela&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cvm.gov.br\/legislacao\/instrucoes\/inst588.html\">Instru\u00e7\u00e3o CVM 588<\/a><\/strong>, o Crowdfunding de Investimento possibilita que empresas com receita anual de at\u00e9 R$ 10 milh\u00f5es realizem ofertas por meio de financiamento coletivo na internet com dispensa autom\u00e1tica de registro de oferta e de emissor. Neste modelo, tamb\u00e9m conhecido como \u201cinvestimento coletivo\u201d ou \u201cinvestimento colaborativo\u201d, em troca dos recursos aportados, as empresas oferecem aos investidores diferentes tipos de t\u00edtulos, com caracter\u00edsticas e prazos espec\u00edficos, normalmente estabelecidos em um contrato de investimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As modalidades de crowdfunding de doa\u00e7\u00f5es ou recompensas n\u00e3o apresentam caracter\u00edsticas de mercado financeiro, portanto, n\u00e3o est\u00e3o na esfera de compet\u00eancia da CVM, tampouco s\u00e3o abrangidas pela regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cadernos CVM<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00a0<strong>S\u00e9rie Cadernos CVM<\/strong>\u00a0aborda assuntos considerados de grande relev\u00e2ncia para o p\u00fablico investidor e tamb\u00e9m para a \u00e1rea acad\u00eamica.
